Are the differences negligible? I'm interested in buying one for my brother for Warzone gaming on PC and if i can save some money without impacting performance for him that much i would like to do that. Thanks in advance.

Warzone isn't extremely demanding. Either one is a good choice. Either one is at the highest end of the game's system requirements.

80ti has 3gb more vram and around 15% performance increase. No worth the price difference to me.

RTX 2080 Ti has a full DIY and unlocks the full capacity of the GPU DIY, while the RTX 2080 is a binned version of the RTX 2080 Ti DIY that wasn't good enough for the RTX 2080 Ti and that might of been locked down a bit to meet the specs of the RTX 2080. The RTX 2080 Ti also has some extra VRAM but afterall, it's not really worth the extra money, when you can spend that extra money on other things for your build that would benefit you more. If you want more in depth performance difference, then just search up the two different benchmarks and see the difference; then evaluate which one you'd like. I'm just mentioning this out, which you probably already know but the RTX 2080 Ti and RTX 2080 are no longer being produced, so you can only buy them used. The only 2000 series card that is still being produced is the RTX 2060.

Ti is better for sure. However, there is no big difference if you don't require very high quality.

I would buy cheaper one RTX 2080, difference in performance is max 15%.

Well, yes, a tough choice.
On the one hand, if the question is not about money, then 2080ti is better.
But perhaps you will sell it in the future at 2080, you will lose less money when selling it than at 2080ti

I like this site because it puts them side-by-side. But that's if you judge only by numbers. In actual gameplay, you probably won't see too much of a difference.

one is a non-ti and the other has a ti. 2080ti is more powerful than a 2080. Consider a 30series graphics card, it's more worth it if you do get it for retail.
