Step Up From a Recent Step Up

I recently purchased an RTX 3060 and was considering a Step Up to a 3070 or 3080. It seems like the 3070 doesn’t have that long of a queue at the moment. In theory, can I step up to a 3070 and when that arrives can I do another Step Up within 90 days to a 3070 Ti or 3080 Ti if either one is available for Step Up?

    No, you can only step up a card once.

    Nope only one step up to step up from, gotta save some cards for the folks who still have 970s!
