I complained about your quality control process in my first post after receiving a broken card. But hey, you reacted quickly, paid for the second shipping and even upgraded my 2070 to a 2070 SUPER. So everything was forgiven and I went back to waiting on my new package.

Yesterday my package finally arrived, undamaged. Inside I found my new 2070 SUPER BEND EDITION

How is this possible or you just running low on cards and end up shipping the broken card of customer A to customer B and vice versa? Just feels like a joke. Why even have a QC at all? If I would send you my card like this, you would reject the RMA...... I’m getting annoyed with you EVGA!

Only thing left is to start a new RMA or bend it carefully back. Both options are not making me really happy......

This is quite disappointing.  What did they do, ship it to you in an envelope?  That is unacceptable.

Looks like somebody shipped it in an envelope to EVGA, they declined his RMA and forward me his card in a box. But first they put a "QC - OK" sticker on it

Regardless of QA/QC in this instance, which is unlucky for OP, their customer service is head above other brands.

Someone should be slapped with a trout for that slip up, but glad it all worked out in the end.   ..and you got a slight upgrade in the process.

Disappointing if you experience to get a bad product two times. Is it caused by some misbehaving?

10 years ago I sent my 680 for RMA due to artifacts. Week after I received my replacement same ****. Sent back and 3rd copy was working as intended. Communication and shipping was quite fast though.

I had the exact same problem with my 3070 FTW3 Ultra, which i unboxed last thursday. (the 3rd of june). It was a brand new card, factory sealed and everything. I was able to bent the bracket back myself and the card works fine. The fans on a 3070 ftw3 runs a bit louder than my 3080 ftw3 though, and bench is a bit weak, but maybe just a 'bad' chip.

Never the less, seems like a QC issue with the bracket.

For everybody blaming the shipping company, that is the point of packaging securely

OP said the packaging was not damaged, so this is not related to mishandling by the carrier.

Imagine them refusing your RMA after you received it like that but never bothered to make a fuss out of it since the card was properly working.
