Hello everybody. I have a problem with an EVGA Geforce GTX 1070 ti. If I put it as primary gpu, the computer does not start and makes 1 long beep and 3 short beeps. If I set it as secondary to the motherboard video, the operating system boots but the video card is detected with "error 43" and with the "TechpowerUpp GPU-Z" program it says "Unknown" on various fields such as Bios Version or Memory Size. I have already tried to uninstall / reinstall various drivers but nothing ... I don't know if the previous owner has "brinked" the bios trying to do an update, I have no idea. How can I solve? I have already tried to reinstall the bios but nothing to do, it always gives error ... Thanks a lot.
