EVGA 2070 super FTW3 Ultra RBG only blue with Precision X1

Hello,
 
 I have a 2070 super FTW3 Ultra card and have downloaded the most recent version of Precision X1. But, the LED mode settings aren't working. If I choose 'Rainbow' mode, the color stays blue. If I choose 'Breathing' or 'Pulse', the color is static and only displays 'Color A.'
 
I am running Precision X1 1.2.0.0 on administrator. When I restart my computer, the graphics card displays rainbow. But once my computer is fully booted up, the setting returns to only blue. What is causing this issue? Thanks in advance.
