Hello

I am giving my friend a 3060 since I just got a 3070. He would want to step up the card. Will I be able to transfer the warranty to him and let him step up?

I am already in a queue for a 3090, but I would cancel it and just reenter with the 3070.

    You able to transfer warranty but not a Step Up. Or just leave card in your account and proceed Step Up as original owner.

    How about if I haven't registered it yet. When they look at the receipt does the name have to match the account?

    According to answers by EVGA staff - yes, they check name in receipt and if it doesn't match then Step Up will be unavailable. You can probably do this only if receipt doesn't contains name(like purchase made in retailer store using cash).
