Hi, does EVGA implement x264/x265 Encoding & VP9 Decoding capabilities of nVidia's GP102 chip in GeForce GTX1080Ti SC Black Edition (11G-P4-6393-KR) ?

    It is NVIDIA's chip, NVIDIA's drivers, NVIDIA-approved firmware, and will do everything that NVIDIA designed it to do.
