Breaking that sticker does not void the warranty.
+1.... Breaking the sticker will not void your warranty at evga and in the us.You can change the TIM and pads, lap and polish heatsink, and even change the air cooler as long as you make sure everything that needs cooling has a appropriate alternative. Other countries may be able to pull that sticker voiding crap, im not sure about which. What would void your warranty is if you physically damage the pcb, gpu or other components. If you rma, it has to be brought back to stock, the way it was configured when you bought it. You can have small scratches and light evidence of normal wear it.
