Afternoon,

Just wanted to confirm the program is available for us as it only mentions a list for US and EU atm on the Step Up page. Also if I understand the program correctly, any EVGA graphic card will qualify for the program provided it is new and purchased from an authorized dealer and the list posted is the current selection to step up to? Hoping to finally finish upgrading a build this weekend... or before Cyberpunk hits heh

Thanks in advance

Yes you can do it in Canada. You definitely won’t get it before CyberPunk comes out though.

Also has to end in -KR for the model number, registered in 14 days or after with extended warranty purchase in the 90 day window.

So any model card ending in -KR and yes of course, registered within 14 days? Also, has anyone done this already from Canada? Was curious on costs/estimates for shipping/customs.

it is an rma you won't get dinged. Just make sure you print the pdf they sent you and attach to the box and put one inside.

    Did that thanks.
Just wondering what should I declare it as?
    Like a defective $12 item?
    Or full value?
I fear full value will get dinged for brokerage or something like that and evga won't pay it and get sent back!

I would ask EVGA. They probably know from dealing with people shipping from Canada often. As for what to insure it as I would always put the full value to replace it since you don't want it to go missing and only get $12 back from the shipper.
