I’m trying to keep my VRAM temps down and thought this Hybrid kit was worth a shot. While I am installing it should I be doing anything else to help with the temps.
-should I use different thermal pads than the kit or replace some pads that’s aren’t included or does it come with everything needed?

which GPU do you have ?
 
The stock TIM & Pads work fine for normal PC usage
 
Those chasing records are willing to pay a premium to gain 1 or 2 C lower temps
 
It is easier to just make the room cooler & increase case fan speeds if all you want to is to make a 1 or 2 C difference

If you have good TIM lying around, like grizzly, I would use that but the pads should be good to go.

Wish they would update the shroud... looks dated and boring. Color options would be nice too. Not too many but maybe a white shroud option would be sweet.

Yeah, the stock air cooler (and the shroud around it) looks way better than the hybrid imo.
