Has anyone had luck with any 9000 series intel cpu on the H370 stinger Mobo?

    I have an 8400 in there now, I'm looking at a 9700 if there are no issues.

    Yes, I saw that, but info like that doesn't always get updated and I have seen parts become compatible with no announcement at all. I was looking to find out if anyone got the wild idea to try it, thanks for ur response tho

    Perhaps a call or email to support would give  you assurance the page is upto date.  Things like cpu compatibility normally take new motherboards

    I had a P0 9900k installed in my H370 Stinger for testing, it worked fine and all core turbo was between 4.6 and 4.7 ghz. Currently it has an R0 9600k and that runs fine. Also, the board will work with 64 gb's of ram even though the manual states a max of 32 gb's.

    THAT'S WHAT I'M LOOKIN FOR!! Thanks so much. There's always a guy who try's something even tho the paperwork says it won't work.

    Yep, 1.08, you'll have to go to the download page as the forum page is at 1.07. It'd be nice if EVGA gave the board ReBAR support but it's not the end of the world.
