Hey guys,
 
I currently have a RTX 3070 XC3 ultra.
 
I'd like to step up to a 3080 ti when it will be released if possible.
 
I'm going to try to buy a 3080 ti at release day and i'm wondering if i will be able to just send my 3070 back to evga in that case or if that kind of trade is not possible?
 
(If i manage to buy one at release day and step up is not possible i'll just sell the 3070 i guess).

    You have 90 days after purchase to enter Step Up queue. There no 3080 Ti option for Step Up yet. If it will be there before you 90 days window expired, then you will be able to enter Step Up for 3080 Ti. But there also queue for Step Up and looks like it moves even slower than regular queue. I suggest to enter both queues: regular one and Step Up one. You don't have to pay anything before EVGA secure product for you and you can cancel Step-Up before you pay. If you will get 3080 Ti via regular queue - just cancel Step Up and sell your 3070 - I am sure you can do it easily during this shortage.
