What does it mean when there are 3 red dots light up by power plug in ?
Plus LED lights are off

    It means the gpu is stuck in flash mode.

    I turn my computer on and all the red lights will be on, while I'm in the start up screen before i can even enter my bios that quick its happening. 
     
    OK you say its stuck in flash mode what is flash mode ?
     
    So why am I getting this now and does it mean my card is dying?

    Should be power issue. Need to identify if is caused by PSU or by GPU itself?
