Looks good to me, considering the market.
I mean that's a big oof on the GPU price, but it is what it is these days.

I would use integrated video and wait for an opportunity to buy a current gen video card for a non-crazytown price.

A 2060 Super for 700 dollars? F that man. Buy all the parts and then wait. You could get a current gen card that is way better for cheaper. Just gotta be lucky. God I hate mining.

Yea, if you dont need PC asap, then its better to wait. It is hard to get GPUs at a decent price, but its possible. Just be patient.

I would play the shuffle. I myself have been trying to get a 3080. No luck but I'm fine with my 1080 right now.

I think this is solid advice, to wait for a current gen GPU. At least you have the integrated until then.

Spend more for a better CPU, wait on the GPU market to cool off a little; or sign up to get lucky.

I managed to pick up a 1650 to get me by until the GPU market cools down. And I managed to find it in January so I actually paid MSRP (around $150). It's good enough to get by in gaming so long as you don't mind 1080p on medium settings for most games. If you live near a Microcenter, it might be worth stopping by to take a look, and not basing it off their online listings. One time I was near one of their locations, stopped in, and they had about a dozen 1650s sitting on the shelf. Good luck!

The GPU is the most important piece of your system if you play games or do streaming or video content. I suggest to buy the most expensive one, in your budget

I would echo what everyone else already said: don't buy a video card, or if you must then get a used 1080 or 1080ti (that you can test to be working). Otherwise try to chug along with your old one because the market for GPUs is absolutely insane right now, everything is double or triple their actual price and it shows no signs of ending. I would also swap the motherboard for a cheaper B550 board and for a better CPU, preferably a 5600x (ideally a 5800x, but not higher core count). After your GPU, your CPU performance is a big determiner in gaming experience. Single-thread performance is very important for games and the only way to get more is to get more recent. The 2600x is decent but you could do better. Also, unless you are doing something with high IO, the X570 is overkill. A B550 will give you one PCIeV4 and one PCIev3 slots. MSI Tomahawk and Asus's TUF is good for those. Hardware Unboxed (and I think Gamernexus I think?) did a comparison of budget boards to see which one is good for you. I would also suggest thinking about getting a 750w power supply for future upgrades to a 30x card or similar.

If you are going to buy a x570 board with pcie gen 4 the you should consider AMD 3700X which has gen 4 support not the 2600x spend the extra money for the 3700x in my opinion. Plus get a Samsung gen 4 1TB 980 and you will get a huge speed jump from 970 gen 3 3400 mbps to gen 4 980 7100 mbps.

I would consider downgrading MOBO and getting a higher-tier CPU. I don't know exactly about performance but it worth considering if you actually getting more performance that way.

5. RAM: G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series, 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-4266MHz 288-Pin SDRAM Desktop Memory with CL19 ($193.99 @ Amazon US) 6. Storage: Samsung EVO 970 1TB PCIe Gen3 x4 NVMe M.2-2280 Internal Solid State Drive with V-NAND Technology & 1024MB Cache ($124.99 @ Amazon US) 7. Power Supply: EVGA 600 BQ, 80+ Bronze Certified 600W Semi-Modular Power Supply with FDB Fan ($67.67 @ Amazon US) Agree that the GPU is not a deal RAM : you do not need it to be that fast @ 4266MHz .. & could save money @ 3400MHz 16GB & video editing are not a good mix Storage: 1TB .. depends on your video demands - could ad a SATA storage drive - SSD would be best PSU: I'd invest in a higher quality Gold rated or better unit & make sure you choice has enough power connectors

I would also agree with this, you don't need memory that fast. As far as I know the sweet spot for Ryzen is around 3600MHz for 5000 series for example. After that you just don't get any real performance out of your fast memory. Invest more into higher capacity for RAM rather than clock speed. Also, invest some more in the CPU and try to leave the GPU for later as some people said. Depending on where you live, you can get a 5900x for example for less than $600, or a 5600x for around $300. Definitely worth it I would say.
