So I just finished building my first PC and ended it off by getting a 3080 to stuff inside it.   I was talking with a coworker about the card and he asked if it sagged at all and when I went home last night,  I took a look at it and there's a little bit of sag.  The thing is.....the mounting bracket(not sure if that's the right terminology for it but basically where the plate with the HDMI/DP ports go at the back of the computer) is a bit....crooked?.  It doesn't lay flat against the back of the PC case so if you look at it from the back,  there's a bit of a gap.    
 
The thing is....it's also causing a bit of GPU sag because of it.  Not major,  barely noticeable. Basically the entire mount,  from the back bracket to the arms that holds the GPU up is......off a bit.   I opened up my case and attempted to straighten the backplate a bit but I wasn't sure how much pressure I could apply to it without breaking it so I was unsuccessful.   It isn't a *big* deal persay and if this is a normal part of a graphics card and I'm overreacting,  feel free to let me know.

Gpu brackets nowadays are essential. I have had one for my pasf 2 gpus and none of them sagged and are still very much straight.

You guys should check out the Lian Li GPU anti-sag bracket.  For the OP, if you have the vision Mobo which I think I can make out, you can run the bracket down the right side and it will clear your SATA and 4 pin connector.  It's like 8 bucks from Microcenter.  As long as your GPU extends beyond the right side of the MOBO, then you should be able to use this kit to help stop your GPU from sagging.  
 
This can be used on a variety of MOBOS, but you have to see if you are able to access two ATX mounting points and that the bracket can clear what ever the MOBO doesn't block anything you need.  
 
I bought two of those brackets that mount to the GPU mounting brackets from amazon and they don't work as well as the Lian Li one.  My son's 3070 was already bending the a similar model.  The Lian Li has worked much better and I'm running the 3070 FTW3 ultra which is a lot heavier than your GPU.

The bracket on my EVGA FTW3 3080 Ultra is also not straight.  Considering the propensity of these heavy cards to sag, a straight bracket seems particularly important.
 
But, that's besides the point, this is a basic QC issue - they should have come with a straight brackets regardless.  I'm not sure what we should do?  I would like to have someone from EVGA chime in though, for sure.
 
EDIT: I opened up my 2nd 3080 just now (took the card out of the sealed box) and the bracket on this one is almost straight - far less crooked than the first one.  I would prefer it to not be crooked at all, but, this one at least, is acceptable IMO.  The other one is not.

GPU sag is mostly a cosmetic issue. If you have a motherboard with reinforced PCI-e slots you don't have much to worry about. Cards have been doing this since at least the gtx 9xx series.
