If someone buys a card from the evga notification queue and never registered it and then sold the card to me with a picture of the invoice would I be able to step up that card?

I think you can but not 100% sure. It also depends on when he bought it because it has to be registered for the step up queue within x amount of days. But you should try and let us know

I can confirm it's been less than 30 days since he bought it

    Hi jay2nice0000,

Step Up would be for the original owner only.  If it was originally purchased from EVGA.com, and resold to a new owner, it would not be eligible for Step Up.  It would eventually get denied, if it was submitted, and the order was from a different person.

Ok understood. Would a person be denied if the product was bought and shipped from Amazon but was under a different name?

    Hi jay2nice000,

    Most likely.

If it was purchased with a different name and address, it would most likely get denied.

You may send a support ticket if you have any questions, so we can review and verify if it will be eligible or not.  Make sure to register the product, and upload the invoice, or attach it to the support ticket.
