    You'd think, but it seems China get a pass for everything - genocide, pollution on a massive scale, IP theft, counterfeit goods, slave labor, etc., - and now falling space junk.

    Someone send their space agency a copy of Kerbal so they can figure out their trajectories and payload offloading in the future.

    Or just have a way to blow the rocket so it will spread debris over the ocean in the future.
