2080 super limited tdp bug

I recently bought a used 2080super XC. And with the new card specifically win warzone i sometimes get limited at around 66% power consumption and therefore lower fps than desired. While trying division 2 the gpu goes at around 110-113% power limit and can stay there for hours. so i think i can rule out the PSU being faulty. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

    Sounds like the hardware is fine
     
    I'd guess it is either the Game (has bugs) or the Nvidia driver needs a patch

    An update of my observations. I noticed the interface bus load in gpu-z goes higher when this bug happens. Usually sitting at 20% interface bus load but when tdp is limited interface bus load goes to 50% +-. Tested my setup in cyberpunk 2077 with ultra and dlss and couldnt recreate the problem. So i assume there is some warzone specific bug.
