2060 running at 100% fan speed Once a day on start up.

When I boot up my PC the gpu fan runs at 100% for a few seconds then goes back to normal but when I turn off my pc maybe for an hour or so and then boot it back up it doesn't run at 100%. It does this once a day. I'm wondering if this is normal behavior?

On a side note I'm not having any graphical or other issues regarding my pc. Everything seems to run fine but it never started doing that until i got the 5800x a week ago. I also have fast startup off.
I reinstalled AMD chipset driver after installing the 5800x and it's updated to the most current bios.

My build:
cpu: Ryzen 5800x
Mobo: msi 570x gaming edge.
PSU: corsair 850w
cpu cooler: corsair h60 liquid cool.
GPU: geforce RTX 2060 xc ultra

    If only when you boot gpu fan runs at 100% then should not be any problem.

    It only does it once a day but the other times i start up my pc that day it doesnt do it.

    try to look at it like first start-up check to see if fan works

    Does your motherboard BIOS have a fan curve set for the CPU fan? I can only think to compare the fan curve behavior with the GPU for any similarities. SpeedFan is a program for modifying the fan curve of your GPU.

    if its only on boot that shouldnt be an issue. If it is happening while its running then you need to go ahead and check the temps or change fan curve

    It's perfectly fine. My Asus ROG Strix 2060 super ramps up fans to max during the first few seconds when booting PC. I think it's part of the booting process (While Mobo is checking for hardware errors).

    Had that issue about a year ago on my old laptop, about year ago, which got fixed with a bios update. It was quite annoying when I had to turn it on during a class as it was quite loud.

    Totally fine. I have an EVGA 1070ti that does the exact same thing, ramps up to 100% for a few seconds on boot up, then slows down. 
     
    I think it's a motherboard thing to be honest, my girlfriends 2060 doesn't ramp up at all during boot.
