What is the correct MCU file for RTX 3080 FTW3 Ultra?

Before I try an RMA, I'm looking for the correct MCU version to try to flash to solve my fan problem.  I can't control all the fans on the card.  PX 1.1.9.0 installed and only fan 3 shows RPMs.  Selecting ICX3 and the only the GPU shows the temp.
 
I just did fresh windows install, 466.27 drivers, updated rebar bios.  Fan still spin at full speed and I can't control fan 1 or 2.
Or this there a bios version I should try?  Any help appreciated.
Planned on using this to flash MCU - 
From what I've read, MCU is the firmware that controls the fans/sensors and not the VBIOS.

    What is a MCU file? I assume you mean ROM.
    I can't post links but you can go to "VGA BIOS collection" on TechPowerUp and browse for your card, there should be a few different versions available with different dates and some of them would be the default BIOS, some the 450W.

    Someone wrote software to downgrade the MCU firmware. I've not used it, but it looks straightforward enough.

    I'm planning to use that.  I couldn't add the link in my post.  I can't tell which one is the right bin file for the card I have, 3080 FTW3 Ultra.  PX 1.1.9.0 has 3 files under Firmware folder that looks like they could apply.
    FTW_3Fans_AP_R121.bin
    FTW_E227_Hybrid_AP_R109.bin
    FTW_E230_3Fans_376x_AP_R109.bin
     
    My best guess is the first one, but looking for someone who might give a definitive answer.

    Probably best to ask evga support on the phone which is the correct file.

    I know this is an old thread, but this is the only result I can find that relates to the exact same issue that I am having with my 3080 FTW3 LHR card. Did you ever figure out the problem, or did you end up RMAing the card?
