Hello, is there anyway I can have Fan Curve be tied to the Memory Temp?

I think what I am asking for is a compound metric based on combo memory temp and GPU core temp, or an enhancement to AUTO to keep memory under 100C Memory max.
The situation is that the (undervolted) 3090 FTW3 Ultra Mem Temp is hovering at 104C with aggressive curve, but spikes to 110 C and throttles depending on the map, meanwhile GPU temp is a happy 65 to 70C max. Only work around I have had is to set fan between 90-100% and open my case, but I know if manged well I can have it down to 80% (confirmed by ALT-Tabbing and increasing fans manually I see memory ramping up).
 
edit I used a heatsink on the back to reduce the temp!
