Hi there. Whenever I launch the newest version of Precision X1 (Version 1.1.9.0), I am forced to restart in order to update the firmware. When the computer restarts and I launch Precision X1 again, it prompts me again to restart. If I close that window, the computer restarts. I cannot use the software what-so-ever and now it has disabled my onboard lighting for my GPU. I have a completely dark GPU and software that I cannot use.

The GPU is running the newest resizable BAR firmware, so I don't know what on earth it is asking for here. Any help you could provide?

Error: "A system restart is needed to install the correct firmware update. Please reboot before proceeding." infinite loop

Happened to me too last night except my GPU is completely unusable. I am going to try to recover to a previous day to see if this fixes it then figure out where to go from there.

The issue *may* have *allegedly* been caused by installing a Kingpin bios over a non Kingpin card. It's very possible that the firmware update that Precision X1 wanted to apply was not a happy marriage on a non-Kingpin card, and so it would continually reboot.

If you run into this issue yourself, the issue is likely fixed by installing the proper firmware.

Confirmed, started happening after flashing FTW3 to 520W KP XOC BIOS.
Swapping the .exe did the trick.
