LED settings are correctly saving to waterblock, however neither fan curve(coolant) nor fixed fan speed are saved.
Fan speeds are reverted to the lowest RPM as soon as I closed the Flow Control software.

✓ Waterblock(Pump) is connected to motherboard with USB cable
✓ Waterblock's power cable is connected to motherboard's AIO_PUMP header(Full speed at DC mode)

What I've tried so far :
- Fresh new Windows 10 installation w/ latest updates
- Re-install lastest verision of EVGA flow control w/ Visual C++ Redistributable runtime.

Any fix?

    Hi, thanks for replying.
Fixed fan speed is not saving to the firmware too.
Fan speed is fixed to 300rpm when I close EVGA flow control software.

If removing the USB cable after making those changes isn't saving the settings to firmware, you may want to look into getting the unit replaced. You can contact us directly at Support@evga.com. We will then be able to assist with any additional troubleshooting or warranty options.

Dumb suggestion but are your fans connected to the pump? Sometimes people plug them directly into the motherboard headers and/or a fan controller, and if you do that they can't be controlled with Flow Control.

I'm sure they are based on how you explained that the speed changed when you unplug the USB, but may as well throw it out there in case you were mistaken and they were 300rpm the whole time
