This mouse is nice and snug in the hand but wt heck? it is the only mouse I have ever owned that drops out. It happens so often I have to keep a second mouser plugged in to grab during these random dropouts.

    If you haven't make sure you have the latest version of Unleashed installed it may have a firmware update for your mouse. Also if the drop outs happen only in game and you're using 8000hz polling rate, try dropping it down to 1000hz. Some games do have issues with anything above 1000hz. This is strictly a game engine limitation which hopefully more game devs will add support for in the future.

    This thing happens on razer viper 8khz so for now i also recommend you to use 1000hz on your mouse. 
    Games that work with 8khz: Fortnite, Warzone, CSGO, Valorant, Apex Legends max 2khz.

    I would see if it lets you save a 1000hz polling profile. I haven’t checked myself to see if the profiles would allow that but will have to.

    It saved for me after hitting apply. I closed out of everything and rebooted and it was right where I had put it.

    Just to add Overwatch is fully supported for 8000hz polling rate. Zero problems. It will take time for game engines to adopt this new tech. But when it works its insane, so smooth.
