EVGA 650 GS PSU Self Test - Fans turn on for a second and then off

As mentioned in the title,
I did a power on self test with the PSU, and the fans would only spin for a second before turning itself off
ECO mode is off.

Is the PSU basically dead? Hope there's a way to fix this as i m having trouble finding the proof of purchase to register the product (think it should still be in warranty if theres a 7 year warranty..)

    how does the warranty work? i m seeing 7 years warranty on the product name but it says 3 years below.
    i managed to find the purchase invoice and its bought sometime mid year of 2015.
    in this case, is this still under warranty?

    It should still be under warranty if the products says 7 years on it. Just contact evga to get the process started.
