Hey guys. I have had my 3070 now for about 4 months. I was listening to how quiet my case fans were the other night and I noticed a very slight ticking while my computer was on the desktop.  It is while my fans are turning off and on. All 3 are working fine and honestly I would never have noticed it if I did not have my ear right up to my tower. It is very few and far between. I have honestly only noticed it 2 times in the 4 months I have had the card. Everything else is working great. 
 
My Specs. I7 8700, Asus Prime Z390-P. 850W Power supply. 32G Gskill 3200, Samsung 850 Pro
 
Is this a known issue? Do the fans make this noise sometimes? What should I do?  Any info would be great!

    It is normal.
