I hear that enabling the XMP memory profile voids the intel processor warranty? After looking it up each processor has a certain memory speed supported.

Yes. Never tell Intel you enabled XMP, and never tell Intel you overclocked their overclocking CPU’s, because they will attempt to deny you warranty because intel is shady like that.
Do your overclocking and set your xmp profiles, and if you need to warranty and that ask if you did, say no. Intel should never offer overclocking if they are going to attempt to deny warranty when a product is overclocked.
I am going to move this to general hardware, unless you have something specific to EVGA. Intel process are not EVGA products, so they normally won’t go in this forum.

My 9900x is the only one I had die while using it at stock operation but I've had 3 nehalem and westmere randomly die after a year or two while overclocked lol. Never had CPUs from other brands like AMD, HP, IBM, SUN die though but they have run stock. Intel wrote me a check and mailed it to me for my 9900x, I guess they were so unreliable they had no stock for RMA.

when you use XMP what you getting is the true MHZ your ram should be running at so if use 4800mhz that's what you will probably get. now I probably because like, for instance, I am using 3200mhz ram sticks they don't say that because of heat concerns and other stuff might make my pc unstable so it leaves me with 2666mhz but when I am overclocked my CPU and running benchmarks my ram runs at 3200mhz and you need that speed for the extra bump of on framerates and benchmark score.

It really shouldn't void the warranty but I wouldn't tell them that you did enable it because they will find any reason to deny you a warranty because it costs them money. It doesn't decrease lifespan though.

Just Saying... Intel can't know or verify that you used an XMP profile, unless you told them.
