Hi.
I sent PSU with RMA printed on the label you provided and EVGA refused to Collect the parcel. I paid 43.92£ from UK to Germany so to be thrown out? I called to EVGA Customer Support in UK and no one answers.
I sent via ParcelForce with tracking number EE589239022GB

Unfortunately, you are not the first to report this experience.  I don't know what is going on over on that side of the world.

EVGA Europe seems good as dead.

After 31 Dec 2020 the import rules from the UK to the EU changed. Call The German EVGA EU office to see if they can assist: +49 (0) 8918-904911

So, a RMA four months later is still affected by a lack of proper instruction and support?  1) It shouldn't be the users' job to navigate the legal hurdles.  EVGA should provide the user with everything that they need.  2) A user on this forum who did navigate the legal hurdles and ensured that everything was compliant was still affected by EVGA failing to accept the package.  It seems that EVGA's employees at that office are simply not showing for work.  That one user had their package returned not because of import rules, but simply because there was no one at the office to receive the package.

I don't know this user's situation or whether their package met the export/import regulations, but it's obvious that something needs to be changed.  This has been reported too many times.

I have lost complete faith in EVGA Europe.

I'm gonna step out and say that eVGA corporate needs to get involved in this mess and fix it.

A customer shouldn't have to contact government agencies for help, eVGA should be honoring their warranty...I don't particularly
care if Brexit makes it 'difficult'...you still have an obligation to the person(s) to whom the card was/is registered to.

Yep, it's intolerable. I expect better... I stopped recommending or using EVGA in builds to anyone in the UK months ago.

Here's an Update. This is the answer i got from EVGA:

The Parcel from RMA seems to have returned due to insufficient declaration for customs ( BREXIT) clearance.
Courier ( EE589239022GB) refused to deliver the parcel because of unpaid Taxes  67,68  Euros.
Due to Brexit, there are new customs rules with international shipments.
When sending the faulty graphics card in, we recommend you to print 3x the proforma invoice you should have recieved from our RMA team.
Declare that the package is a defective RMA and is being returned for a warranty replacement.
Please make sure to send the parcel with DDP (delivery duties payed) as EVGA does not cover any customs taxes that might occur.
A free retour shipping label will be created for you and sent to your mailbox through our RMA team.

So yea, I got new set of labels prepaid this time. My advice is when you apply for RMA say you outside of EU to make things easier for everyone

NEVER EVER WILL I BUY EVGA AGAIN!!! THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE MESS!!!

    - Not only they deliver HIGH END (and VERY EXPENSIVE) 3090 FTW3 ULTRA boards out of power consumption standard specs due to a very poor and low cost HW design moreover not properly tested...
    but...
    - Their European Consumer support is a COMPLETE MESS !!! They are even not able to handle the RMA properly and my parcel is blocked at the German entry customs for many days waiting for EVGA Europe paperwork acceptance !!!!
