Well, the best place to buy that type of stuff now would be PPCS:https://www.performance-pcs.com/ , Xoxide:http://www.xoxide.com/ or MMM:https://modmymods.com/. All three have very knowledgeable staff, are all enthusiast PC builders that work there and they can give you some great tips. As far as does your mobo support that, well any mobo can really, but depending on how elaborate you want to get you may need extra controllers and outside components to make it work correctly. The Dark mobo's are more geared to benchmarking and overclocking which makes them excellent boards but RGB isnt very high in the list of priorities. It does have ARGB headers so it shouldnt be too hard to hook up something.

I picked up a aqua computer farbwerk360 and it is quite wonderful and easy to use.

Be aware, there is a farbwerk (RGB) and farbwerk360 (ARGB) controller. Look at the two and decide which would work best for you, or if they interest you.

Do not try to mix the two from the same header - they are Not compatible - as the voltage is different
 
ARGB use 3-pin header @ 5V
 
RGB  use 4-Pin header @ 12V
