how to send warranty rtx 3080

hello, I have an rtx 3080, it never gives video, what problem can it be and how to send it for a warranty exchange?

    Hi Marcosyulier,
     
    I have replied to your support ticket.  Unfortunately, since the part number end in -BR, it does not have a transferrable warranty. 
     
    I do recommend to check if the Display Port cable is VESA certified.  You can use the search box here:

    I use the HDMI cable from my son's nintendo switch, could it be that this cable is not good for the graphics card?

    Hi marcosyulier,
     
    The HDMI cable should be fine to use with the GPU.  I recommend to try with a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter, to verify if the Display Ports may be working
