12 DAYS since RMA payment and no response

Hi,
I paid a collateral one week ago Edit: 12 DAYS AGO via Paypal for my EVGA 850 BQ. Since this day the status of my RMA is still "pending", the replacement product is still not shipped and I can't have any response from the support despite my messages. 
 
How can I receive my product? What can I do? Why is no one responding since the payment was made?

    Please what's happening??? To explain how to make to collateral I had an answer within the hour, and now that I have paid I have not had an answer for 10 days! 
    Now I want my replacement product or my money back!

    THis is mostly just a user forum- it's always best to call in or email support directly for the fastest service....
     
    Where exactly in the world ( which EVGA branch ) did you start this RMA with.?

    Yes I know it's just a user forum but unfortunately nobody respond to my tickets for 12 days, since the moment I paid my collateral. So today I paid twice for a product that doesn't work :(
     
    I'm in EU, I started the RMA with EVGA EU.

    That explains it . From what I've seen on these forums, that specific location has never recovered from last years' Covid issues  I guess. 
    Either low staff currently  &/ or  swamped with requests.
    It always sounds like they are pretty far behind...
