Missing decorative metal nameplate

My step up got accepted and I'm ready to send it back, but now I'm a bit worried that the card has to be "undamaged."

As soon as I got my current card, a metal name plate that was glued on came right off - it's the one that is right under the fans. I put it in a super safe place to send back when my step up came through, but after a move and 7 months I don't know where it is anymore.

Anyone have experience with this? Will it be an issue? Just super paranoid in the days of impossible to find GPUs.

    The RMA department will probably deny your step up if the product is not in it's original factory condition. 
    Please send an email to support@evga.com  with an image of where it came off, confirm your shipping address and we can send out another name plate.
