Help! X299 Dark bios updated?

Hi,
Is there anyway to get bios update for X299 Dark mb with i9-9960x without requesting bioschip?
I dont have other cpu than the 9960x.

    9960x should work just fine with release BIOS so you can just use the usb updater in the BIOS to upgrade it.

    Oh, so it s not the bios that was the issue. The reason i thought it required an bios updatee is because when i booted up, nothing happened, only white led lights, no fans rotating at all.

    Ah that doesn't sound good, maybe try to reseat CPU.  Maybe bios might be corrupt and worth it to try to use switch in a different position.

    thanks. Found out now that it was either the psu or one of the two 8-pins power which caused the problem. Used the evga 750W originally, but switched now to the corsair hx1200i. Now i managed to boot to bios :)
