Odd minimize issue

This is like super rare, but on Server 2019 my game randomly minimizes to desktop and disappears off the task bar, along with other apps like chrome ect. Anything that's open but they are still running in the background. It doesn't happen often and I can't seem to find information on it. Wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this on any build of windows 10.

-ASUS PG259QN, XG248Q
-Lian Li 011 Dynamic
-MSI Z490 Meg Ace
-10900K 5.2GHZ
-Artic Freezer II 360MM
-16GB Viper 4400MHZ
-3080 TI Founders
-EVGA 750 P2

    Only time I've seen anything similar to that was when explorer was crashing and restarting itself. But most apps would reload in the taskbar.... I'd suggest ya take a look through your administrative events log and see if that or other windows processes are crashing/restarting.
