Hi there,
Not used to the US mail system, when you send an item internationally, and on the tracking it shows 
Item on hold

92821, USA
Does this mean that the post office is holding the item and will attempt to deliver on Monday when you guys are open, or does it mean someone from EVGA has to go pick it up?

    The Post office will hold on to all packages scheduled to be delivered on the weekends and will re- deliver them on the next business day.
