    Details would help any actual eVGA Support person that decides to respond even kind of diagnose your problem.  This is the equivalent to saying your phone won't turn on then messaging the support person a picture of your phone not turned on, providing no further details.
     
    Not familiar with the SR-3 platform at all myself, good luck.

    I don't see that platform listed here: https://www.evga.com/eleet/

    My guess is that you'll have to manually overclock from the BIOS and not from within Windows using a program that doesn't support the SR-3.

    EDIT: looks like there's a different version that supports the SR-3: https://www.evga.com/eleetx1/ seeing that, as a guess either virus scanning or another software conflict, missing driver, or something not enabled within the BIOS to turn on in-windows overclocking.

    i did all oc in bios i turn off c states what not for 3175x but it won't go past 3ghz. even stock its doing it now.

    Reset bios to default and set manual core multipliers there.
