Trying to submit an RMA on my graphics card but it says I need a support ticket number for my GTX 1070 graphics card. The card died and no longer has any power at all no led no fans spin no signal. All my other cards work just fine so it’s definitely the graphics card. Bought it new off Amazon last year in 2020. I sent in a ticket yesterday but I have not received a response back yet.

For anyone stumbling across this thread. First you want to contact support to see if any trouble shooting will fix an issue without you needing to pull out the graphics card and send it in. This saves you being without a system if it's a minor issue that can be fixed by something as simple as a new bios, different driver or a new monitor cable. If it can't be fixed then they will send the ticket number for the RMA. If you are doing an RMA make sure to read the instructions and then re-read them before taping the box shut to make sure every instruction was fallowed to insure the fastest processing of the RMA as possible.

I have received a response to my ticket but I do not have a ticket number required to submit an RMA. If tech sees this here, please assist me as you have kindly assisted the others.

    Thank you!

Edit: Called support and they provided the ticket number right away.
