Occasionally my computer will suddenly turn off and then turn on again after a second during Cyberpunk 2077's intial loading screens.  It happens nowhere else during the game, and in no other game or application. Just this game, and only when it is loading data for the first time (I've never seen it do this whilst loading a saved game during gameplay).  Stress tests have not reproduced the problem.  My specs are as below:

ASUS TUF 370 Plus Gaming Motherboard
Intel i7 8700 3.2Ghz CPU
G.Skill Trident 3200 Mhz 16GB RAM
ASUS ROG Strix GTX 1080 Graphics Card
EVGA Supernova G2 750 PSU.
Samsung 860 EVO 500GB M.2 SSD
WD 4TB HDD

I'm stumped as to why the computer only ever shuts down during the initial loading screens in Cyberpunk 2077 and nowhere else, and only intermittently.  I've been told that the PSU is the likely culprit.  I'm not sure whether software issues could cause the problem.  I also have a line-interactive UPS connected, with a 1200VA, 720W rating. I can't rule out the UPS as being the culprit.  But the PSU is the best and first point of investigation.

Any ideas?

Definitely can be the UPS , when it is only rated at a max of 720W  & your psu is a 750W

Remove the UPS from the equation for testing  and retry your scenarios for restarts.
