Oh, so you want the EVGA HYBRID KIT. 
They pop every now and then on eBay and B-Stock, but they are no longer sold as a standalone product. 
I guess you're looking for it because you're not really happy about the cooling solution of your card, I also have this card and while the core is generally cool, the fans are loud (this is probably the loudest aftermarket card I ever owned) and memory temps easily hit 80+ with OC and heavy load. Even if you do find one, you'll see that people who did the same thing as you eventually switched back because the pump noise is even worse than the buzzing noise from the fans. 
It's also only a 120mm radiator, and even though it outperforms the air cooled card, it should still hit something like 55c-60c with load, yours is probably at 65c-70c, 10c won't make a significant OC difference for example.
