My 1080 Ti SC2 Hybrid is stuttering when I play Apex Legends and other games. I am not sure what the issue is. My CPU and GPU temps seems to be ok.
I did a full windows reinstall and updated drivers. I also tested turning on and off Windows Game Mode and even turn off any in-game overlay applications and programs and still I get the stutters. I had set the settings in Apex in low and still the same.
I cant even RMA if it's a hardware issue since I'm out of warranty. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Below is the video captures for reference.

Check the windows GAME DVR is turned OFF  ( they like to sneak that feature on sometimes w/ updates )  ...that causes horrid stuttering.
Also try going back to a 457.xx driver or something.  Some of these new Nvidia drivers just aren't good for older cards. ( or new cards for that matter  )

    * Oh and if you are using geforce experience - uninstall that garbage immediately ...
      * & uninstall Evga precision x  and use MSI afterburner .

Are you sure of your GPU temps? Now is about the time TIM starts to fail. Can't see your vids. What results do you have with standard benchmarks like 3DMark?
