Do i need headphone amp while i am having NU Audio sound card?

Hi guys, i am just wonderinf that if need an headphone amp when we do have NU audio card already?

Edit: I am just asking for powering the headphones properly like beyerdynamics dt 1990 pro , hifiman h400i or sennheiser hd660s so i am not talking about having different type of sound characteristics.

    I have a set of beyerdynamics DT 1990 pro and do not need a headphone amp.
    The stereo NU has an amp in it too.
