My PC requirements are fairly modest - From an 'unlimited budget' standpoint at least. I've currently got the parts for a new machine sitting on the bench, waiting on a video card. Money wasn't much of an object for this build, though value for money was - and I won't buy from scalpers, period.

If money was no object, all I'd really change is:
128GB (Vengeance or HyperX Predator)
EVGA 1600 P2
Likely a different Motherboard
8x Samsung 870 8TB SSDs (RAID10)
...and if money really was no object, I'd buy 7 of 'em - and 6 would go out to friends.

Pretty much the same one I have right now, except it'd have a 3090 in it instead of a 1060. Like, I have 5800x, I don't see the point of getting a much better CPU (maybe an Epyc if I really wanted to mess with that).
Maybe change my B550 mobo to that silent X570 that doesn't have a case fan.
If money were no object, I'd be tempted to mess around with AIOs to shift cooling into a large, very quiet rig.

4tb Rocket 4 plus (maybe would have added another)
ASUS X570-i gaming
Arctic Liquid Freezer 2 280
RTX 3080 TI (when it is available, would bump to a 3090 if money was no object)
The monitor is the other thing I would add, probably the 48" OLED

If money is no object then I still couldn't get anything because nothing is in stock.
If you have unlimited funds for a build everything is in stock. I am sure that Jeff Bezos would have no problem getting a pair of 3090's for a SLI build if he wanted to with his net worth.

If $ was no object then I would do a custom watercooled build with a Ryzen 9 5950X and RTX 3900 Kingpin hooked up to a 32 in 4k monitor.

Although I don't do any serious video editing/CADing, I would still do one of those crazy watercooled dual gaming/workstation desks like Linus did in his video a while back. Go big or go home

if money was no object and i could buy any 1 computer, it would probably be the Mac Pro with maxed out everything including the maxed out AMD GPU option and for when i want to play games, i'll stick a 3090 customed made to shape like an MPX module and install windows for that

That's interesting, but ignoring novelty builds like oil cooled, I think a lot of this just doesn't have much in the way of competition.
SLI 3090 kingpins (HC)
MSI MEG Godlike
One of the 2160p IPS 144hz (likely the newest LG from recollection)
Cooler Master's ridiculously expensive full tower
3900X (unfortunately, Xeons and Threadrippers do not perform well in gaming)
128GBs DDR4 4600 CAS 18 (think this is as good as it reasonably gets right now)
Honestly though, more probably the answer is more along the lines of "I'd have to look into it.", since frankly I'm probably unaware of some options.
