Can somebody please guide me on how to replace a noisy vibrating onboard motherboard fan? Is it a standard size and generally available?  151-SX-E299-KR board
It's the M.2 Cooler fan.
Thanks!

You will need to contact EVGA support and they might have spare part available to send to you.

You can ask ... but, EVGA as a general rule does not sell parts

Maybe CS can get you the part number, so you can try and source the motor, before you disassemble your MB

If you remove the fan and look at the part number written on the sticker on the back of the fan, there's a chance that you will be able to find the fan for sale online.  Places like eBay and AliExpress often have these sorts of products available.

Otherwise, remove the fan, inject a couple of drops of oil through the sticker, and then tape over the hole that you made in the sticker.  Oiling the fan often resolves noise and vibration issues.

Another thing to consider: do you actually need the fan?  Probably not.
