How do you download shows and movies from Disney Plus on Windows 10/PC?

I just subscribed to Disney Plus and I want to watch the Clone Wars season 7, but I want to watch it out in the living room on my big screen. No smart TV.  I have a device for transferring shows to and then plugging it into TV.
 
So I have googled it and one guide says "You can download all the movies and TV shows when Disney Plus is installed on Windows 10. Simply, go to the film or episode and an arrow icon of download is right below."
 
Uh no there is no arrow or download option there.  Does anybody know how to do this? Thanks.

    Looks like downloads are limited to mobile devices using the Disney Plus app. If your mobile device can playback via a cable to your TV then this is the only way.

    Just cast the display of a smartphone or tablet to the tv. Airplay or Chromecast.

    Who in the name of bloody heck makes such ridiculous design decisions? Devices can download them but PCs can't? PC, the thing that's existed for over 3 decades that's always been the main downloading device. Huh?

    Old non smart TV. But I took your guys advice and got me this:

    Works like a charm, thanks!  Actually in hindsight it skips a step, the transfer from PC to the casting device.

    Yes once I can convince the wife our TV is "too old and blurry" ;) we'll get one.  Considering we buy a new TV only ever decade I'd like to go for an OLED. Basic feature one would be perfect.
