rmorse27I bought a pre built system with a 3060 for $1400 ... just add a different video for what he needs. Sounds like " Instead of built PC for customer, I bought pre build one and stole a video card form it". Nothing to be proud of.

I could see that being a way to look at it but if he is setting up a video camera system then it could be part offset by the labor. I assume that the customer talked to a few places to see what they could get for around the same price and decided to go with him over buying like an HP or Dell.

I followed the customer specs to the T and we talked about a video card and he said he didn't need anything high end for what he was using it for. The customer is getting exactly what we talked about building and that is okay with me and him. I have a happy customer and that's all that matters.

I bet in the next post you'll say that customer leave RTX 3060 as part of his payment  Perhaps next time your explanation will be a little bit more deep. To exclude some of possible interpretations

Customer was well aware of what video card was going to be used in his system and was happy with what we got him,so I don't see what the issue is at all.Once again parts and price were negotiated well before I decided to buy the pre-built system can't make it any clearer.Okay yes I have to replace the card so the 3060 wasn't really free new card was $188.
