The Card is working correctly and the film protector is off. looks like it could be a factory defect.
I really hope i didnt spend that much on a used card :/
The card is back in the box now, submitting a support ticket and hopefully they can help me out.
Given the stock situation, and since you've got a functional 3080, checking you do know about the Advance RMA purchase option ( Original owner can add within 30days of purchase ) if you're in the US lower 48 right? (
