Problems paying for step-up

I was wondering if anyone has had issues submitting payment for their step-up, I'm trying to submit payment and I get "Authentication Failed. Your card issuer cannot authenticate this card. Please try again or try a different payment method." I tried 3 different cards, all active obviously, and I continue to get this error. I don't have this error with any other retailer, and help appreciated!
 
P.S All entered information is to the exact letter as far as address and all that goes.

    What browser were you using? I use Opera and sometimes have issues getting payments to go through on some sites. Then I try MS Edge and it goes through.
    Other thing, check you CC statements and make sure it did not go through the three times you tried.
    You don't want to pay for it several times.

    Ive gotten that issue before also cause i run my browsers pretty locked down. If you have tracking protection on and pop ups disabled it will def give you that error. Make exceptions for evga and for the payment window they are using and it should help.

    You could also try calling support and seeing what they can do for you. If it's a site problem they probably would have a way around it.
