RTX 2080 FTW crash when fulload

Hi guy ,
I'm have problem with my card 2080 ftw3 (I just bought from a friend).
My card crashes to windows after 30-60 minutes when play game fulload 99% without any message.
Happens while playing cyberpunks and Assasin creed. 
I'm already use DDU remove driver and install new driver but can't solve.
Is there any way to solve this problem
 
Temp when full load 99% : 70~73 oC
My computer : 
Chip Ryzen 5 3600
Main X570 hero wifi
Card 2080 ftw3
ram Cosair dominator buss 3600

    Alot more info from you is needed for any help/ guesses from across the internet....
     
    what psu are you using ?  How old is it ? 
    Are you seeing any windows crash messages ? 
    Does the system Blue screen crash , Black screen crash or does a quick instant restart by itself ?
    Have you updated your motherboard BIOS to the latest. ?
    set the pcie to Gen 3 in BIOS .
    set Nvidia control panel setting power mode to ' maximum power preferred' instead of 'adaptive' ..

    Can the card play those games in your friends computer without a problem? If no, the card is the issue.

    Hi, I just want to help the community out that is experiencing crashes as I was too and what I did to help me out was switch different electrical outlets to have a good steady flow of current, I know it sounds off but it's based on other forums suggestions. I also posted it here on this topic
     
    Hopefully any mods can pick up this additional information up and add them to their troubleshooting steps, as electricity could play a big part in troubleshooting our systems.
