Z490 dark really slow

I just switched to the z490 dark from Asus rog Maximus hero Xii. On first boot up it was extremely slow. I tried doing a bios update hasn’t fixed the issue. Did a fresh install on windows. Still nothing. Even my internet is running really slow. Is there something I’m doing wrong?

    Did you do a clean install of Windows? Or just swap mobo?

    Make sure the boot device in the BIOs is seen as the Windows Boot Manager. Ensure your memory timings are set properly. When you did a fresh install did you format the drive because that should have been done as part of the process.

    I’ve heard mixed bag of results when you don’t do fresh install especially for mb swaps.

    Fresh install with a proper format that is.
