I have all of the mounting hardware and cannot find a sealed water system to replace mine.  Does the kit that is currently being sold by EVGA have the core puck assembly the attaches to the metal ring with 12 screws fit the 1080 Ti hybrid and is the 4 pin connector the same as on the 1080 Ti?  I would think that those parts would not have changes much.

Unfortunately, the cold plate wouldn't match up with the dye properly, as the 1080ti is a much smaller card than the 3080/3090 cards. As such, the hybrid kit for the 3080/3090 is unlikely able to work with a 1080ti.
    Hope this helps!

The cold plate on the factory cooler of my 1080 ti is round and fits just inside all 8 screws on the copper portion.  The photo of the cold plate for the 3090/3080 hybrid kit is square but covers the same exact surface as the die on my 1080 ti.  That is if the 12 screws that attach the copper/plastic component to the metal plate are in the exact same position.  The copper puck on the 1080 Ti measures 54mm with a 2mm drop on the cold plate. The plate it screw into measures 56mm and the screws are 15mm apart around a diameter of 61mm.  If the measurements are the same and it is a simple 12 volt powered pump & radiator fan then, it would be a drop in replacement   Even if the electrical isn't quite the same it is still possible to make it work.

While on paper it would seem this could be made possible, the 3080/3090 hybrid kit is not officially supported on the 1080 ti. This would mean that we are unable to provide troubleshooting on how to make this combination work. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I am not looking for help in troubleshooting or even warrantee support.  I am not a typical end user.   I am an engineer in the µprocessor industry and I am just looking at a mechanical fit to fix what I have.  If I had the dimensional specs or know that the dimensions match, I can deal with any other issues.

I just checked with our PM team and we don't have this information available. I apologize for the inconvenience.

So, nobody can get their hands on one and has the time and know how to use a caliper to take those measurements?  I guess that I will be looking for a company that has real techs.  Not just ones that call themselves that.

They both appear to have a standard ASETEK mounting ring, I suspect they will be compatible.  You'd need to transfer the mounting plate between the AIO blocks.  Worst case scenario you can make up a custom plate.
